Mazzy Star frontwoman Hope Sandoval has teamed up with My Bloody Valentine’s Colm O’Ciosoig on a forthcoming album.Their band, Hope Sandoval & The Warm Inventions, will release their sophomore effort, ‘Through The Devil Softly’, on September 1 in the US. It will be their first album since their 2001 debut ‘Bavarian Fruit Bread’.
The new album features 11 tracks and was recorded in northern California and Ireland. It continues the band’s “laid-back, slowcore sound,” according to a statement.
